To Keep the Memory of Ota Benga Alive Domestically and in Congo and to Use His Story to Promote the Values of Human Dignity, Cultural Diversity, Unity, and Progress for All

The Committee seeks to develop programs that directly keep the memory of Ota Benga alive, that feature other notable people buried in White Rock Cemetery, and that promote human dignity and prosperity for all. This includes university partnerships, research internships, and engagement with scholars and artists.
